exploitation.McDonalds started in 1954 when Ray Kroc discovered
small burgers restaurant in California and from there it grew up to 33,000
restaurants, and 68 million people in more than 119 countries every
day.
In 1949 McDonalds first French fries were invented,
this fries have about 230 calories. By 1955 there were over 700 McDonalds
restaurants. 1965, they celebrated 10thanniversary, then it became
more known and the golden M was placed in the McDonalds restaurants. Breakfast
started getting invented by 1975 the Egg McMuffin was created. In the nutrition
information I found that a breakfast sold in McDonalds has about 200-1,090
calories know in 2012 breakfast isn’t only an Egg McMuffin know it’s a hotcake,
sausage, hash brown, eggs and bacon. They celebrated a nother anniversary it was
there 25th.
January 31, 1990 the first McDonalds open in Moscow,
Pushkin Square more than 300,00 customers were served in one day. In 2005
McDonalds celebrated there 50thanniversary on April
15.After that in 2010 they invented the McCafe real fruit
smoothies and Mocha Caemel Frappes, in three different sizes
this shake has about 200-220 calories. This is an advertisement “for the
first time, the Shamrock Shakes is offering nationally in the U.S” and if people
see this shake in McDonalds they will want to get it. This happen to me I went
to McDonalds and I saw the shake and I almost bought it because I wanted to know
what it tasted like and because this shake is green.
There has been employee exploitation in McDonalds I
went to apply and I asked how much they paid the hour and the lady told me 7.50.
This isn’t fare the people that work there, they have to be cooking and it get’s
hot. I think that people that work there should at least get paid 10 the hour.
The business is always busy and they get a lot of people’s orders
sometimes they might even get confused or forget something and not just because
that happens doesn’t mean that they should get fired or treated differently.
This is why it’s important for people to defend
themselves and speak up.
The owners of these places don’t have only one business
and they can afford to pay their employees more than what they are
getting.
